About project no. 29. (identification number is 1.2.1.1/18/A/002) for the work performed in the period from 17.03.2019 to 31.05.2020

Continuing the project to develop new fish product groups from mackerel (Scomber scombrus) fillets for the Norwegian market during the period, the following activities were carried out:

  1. The search for the best technical solution (equipment) for product dosing is continued. Discussions and exchanges of information with equipment suppliers took place.

 

  1. Laboratory examinations were performed experimentally on samples of previously produced product batches after passing the thermostatization period, as well as organonoleptic testing was performed.

 

  1. Reconstruction of existing equipment is being prepared to improve the pre-processing process.

Extensive product production experiments were not performed during this period, as the results of previous production experiments showed the need to change the technical solution of pre-treatment and dosing.
