Taco with Kipper (Smokets), avocado and yoghurt

Ingredients
  • Kippers in oil 2 pcs.
  • Taco boats 6 pcs.
  • Avocado 1 pc. (large, if small, then 2 pcs.)
  • Radish 6 pcs.
  • Fresh cucumbers 1 pc. (long)
  • Natural yoghurt 200 g
  • Parsley, mint increases the bunte
  • Lime 1 pc.
  • Salt, pepper - to taste
Preparation
  • Place the taco boats in the oven and heat as indicated on the package.
  • Mash the avocado in a bowl with a fork, squeeze in the lime juice and add salt.
  • Cut the radishes and fresh cucumbers.
  • Natural yoghurt is mixed with chopped herbs.
  • Stuff the taco boats with avocado, vegetables, pour on the yoghurt and top with smoked herring fillets, serve.
