Couscous salad with tuna and greens

Tuna in vegetable oil 160g
  • 2 cans of tuna in oil
  • Couscous 200 g
  • Chicken or vegetable broth 300 ml
  • Herbs: parsley, basil, dill, chives or onions - a neat
  • Red pepper 1 pc.
  • Red onion ½ pc.
  • Olive oil - to taste
  • Sea salt - to taste
  • Pour the broth over the couscous, covering it slightly, put on the lid and leave to swell for 5-7 minutes.
  • Meanwhile, cut the peppers, red onions, and chop all the herbs.
  • Transfer the couscous to a large plate, put all the other chopped ingredients and tuna on top, add the olive oil and salt.
  • Mix everything thoroughly and serve.
