Ingredients
- 2 cans of tuna in oil
- Couscous 200 g
- Chicken or vegetable broth 300 ml
- Herbs: parsley, basil, dill, chives or onions - a neat
- Red pepper 1 pc.
- Red onion ½ pc.
- Olive oil - to taste
- Sea salt - to taste
Preparation
- Pour the broth over the couscous, covering it slightly, put on the lid and leave to swell for 5-7 minutes.
- Meanwhile, cut the peppers, red onions, and chop all the herbs.
- Transfer the couscous to a large plate, put all the other chopped ingredients and tuna on top, add the olive oil and salt.
- Mix everything thoroughly and serve.
