Spaghetti with tuna, capers, olives and sun - dried tomatoes

Tuna fillets in lemon oil with green pepper 160g
Ingredients
  • Tuna in oil with green pepper and lemon oil 1 box
  • Spaghetti 100g
  • Olive oil 2 tbsp.
  • Capers 1 handful
  • Black olives with stones 1 handful
  • Tomato paste 150g
  • Sun-dried tomatoes 1 handful
  • Red pepper 1 pc.
  • Bay leaves 2 pcs.
  • Hard grated cheese 50g
  • Svaigs baziliks
  • Black pepper - to taste
  • Sea salt - to taste
Preparation
  • Bring the water to the boil in a deep pot, add olive oil and add salt. When the water boils, add the paste. Boil as indicated on the package.
  • Meanwhile, cut the peppers, chop the olives, capers and sun-dried tomatoes.
  • Put the chopped ingredients in a heated pan with oil, fry, add the tomato paste, red wine vinegar, bay leaves, salt and sauté for about 5 minutes.
  • Add the tuna and sauté for another 2 minutes.
  • Place the pasta on a plate, pour on the sauce, richly sprinkle with grated hard cheese and serve with aromatic basil leaves.
